Check-in was easy, and the staff helped us settle in quickly. The pool area had plenty of seating, which made it comfortable for my family to relax while the kids swam.

Our stay at this family-friendly spot was delightful! The kids loved the indoor pools and the massive outdoor playground. We also had fantastic meals at the smorgasbord and enjoyed a fun round of mini golf next door. everything we needed was right there.

My kids wished there were more afternoon activities, maybe some scheduled pool games or crafts.

The room felt cramped, especially in the older front building, which offered no proximity to the amenities like the pool or breakfast room. The pool conditions were disappointing, lacking maintenance, and the jacuzzi was in a sorry state, making for an underwhelming experience overall.

my stay at family inn was delightful! the room was super clean and had a mini fridge, keurig, and microwave. i especially loved how peaceful it was with blackout curtains that blocked out all the noise. the cheerful staff always greeted us with smiles and provided excellent dining suggestions.

I absolutely adored my time here! The indoor pool was a hit, perfect for evening splashes with the family. Plus, the tranquil grounds invite long walks while enjoying the fresh air! 🌿

The two indoor pools and mini golf kept the kids entertained, and the free 2-hour Amish tour was an absolute highlight! A must-do during your stay!

The Bird-In-Hand Family Inn has a great family atmosphere with plenty of activities, and the staff is quite friendly. The rooms, however, could use some updates, as they felt dated. The pools were nice, but I did notice some cleanliness issues in the room, which was disappointing.

Perfect for a family getaway

The hot tub was amazing, we had it all to ourselves after a long day, which was perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly, always offering great recommendations for nearby attractions, made us feel like we were among friends.

It was a bit pricey, but honestly worth every penny considering the overall experience.

The Standard Double Room was clean and comfortable, which was a major plus. It had two double beds that felt cozy. We were right by the outdoor pool, which was nice and refreshing. There were nice chairs outside the room where we could watch the horse and buggies go by in the evening as the kids caught fireflies. The room could use some updates though, as it felt a bit dated, especially the old carpet.
